You know I miss you...There isn't a whole lot more to say than that. I was looking at the yearbook from when you were in sixth grade, you were so little! Then I look at the one from your seventh grade and you grew up a lot. You should have had many more years ahead of you but it's ok. I am just trying to imagine that you are in a better place. I truly know that only the good die young so it might be a while before I get to see you... I guess you are just destined for better things. Please watch over us and keep us safe this summer and all the years to come, I don't think this town can handle much more loss.

Summer

Well Summer is finally here and you aren't. It sucks. You woulda had so much fun at the waterfight. The other day a saw someone walking and I just about ran up behind them and hugged him cuz I thought it was you. Well, I wish it had been you. I still think of you everyday and we will never ever forget you. People say time heals all wounds but there isn't enough time in the world to fix my broken heart since you left.

hey joseph. i miss u so much. we have a new girl in our grade, her name is Lauren. yeah she's pretty cool.
she says "im so sorry i didnt have a chance to meet u because u sound like a awesome guy". which is true, a couple weeks ago when we went into our counsel thing, i couldn't stop thinking about the first time i met you with chelsey, u always made me laugh. even when those car lights flashed and you and dillon ran down the street scared..haha good times. every day you always seemed to cross my mind, and i cant help but smile and shed a tear, i miss you so much and wish you were here with us. i wrote a poem about you, it was talking about how much i miss not seeing you in our hallways and classrooms. well talk to you later Josie, love and miss u.
